Xiaomi's 200MP Camera : Might be 11 Ultra!
An important feature of any flagship handset today is a stunning camera designed to beat the competition. Xiaomi is trying to do the same. Over the years, the company has focused part of its R&D on improving its smartphone camera.
Now, according to a recent leak from the infamous digital chat station, the Chinese company is preparing to launch a new smartphone that will come with a fully equipped 200MP imaging sensor. For those who don't know, right now, the 108MP is one of the largest camera sensors offered by smartphones.
The sensor will come mostly from Samsung and is expected to be 0.64μm unit pixels, but it is much lower than ISOCELL GN2's 1.4μm unit pixel. However, since we do not have much information about the sensor, we do not know what to expect.
In addition, the well-known Leakster @IceUniverse has recently revealed that Samsung is planning to launch a new state-of-the-art sensor this year under the company's ISOCELL lineup, which will have a 200MP image sensor. Most likely, the digital chat station is talking about the same sensor. Furthermore, since the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S21, the company has indicated that it is developing a 200MP imaging sensor to replace the 108MP sensor that came with the S21.
For now, we all know this, but more details will come soon.
