Redmi K40 : The Gaming Beast!

 

The K40 gaming enhanced edition of Redmi is ready to go official in China tomorrow. As the name suggests, it's going to be a gaming phone for the Redmi K40 series with powerful hardware, shoulder buttons, and more.

More details for the gaming phone come out again. Redmi K40 has proclaimed that it will have bigger battery than any other of Redmi's Phone. The handset will have a 5,065 mAh battery, which was revealed through the device's teaser poster.

In addition, Redmi has previously confirmed that the new K40 has a high-speed charging capacity of 67W. Compared to the other K40 phones, it will have to compete a lot, which is limited to 33W.

Another Redmi teaser shows how the phone will bring aesthetics. According to the teaser video, the K40 Gaming Enhanced Edition will have RGB lighting around the main camera that can be used for notifications, charging, calls, and more. RGB LEDs can be customized for one of these functions so that you can display your color for each color you want to use.

Additionally, Redmi has confirmed that the phone will come in three colors, a metal frame, a silky matte finish, and Gorilla Glass 5 on both sides. It will also have magnetic shoulder buttons that will pop up only when needed, like the Black Shark 4.

The main chipset will be Dimensity 1200 SoC, which is equivalent to Snapdragon's high-end chips. The display will be 120Hz OLED with 480Hz touch sampling rate and HDR10 + support. The display bezels will be very thin.
